Codeword: Maze. Secret Side Quest: Fight the Boss!

So, Jackson took things to an amazing new level! He fully embraced writing code based on the LEGO maze that he created. Or did he create a LEGO maze based on the code that he wrote? I wonder how that matters..

Gemma and Jackson worked really hard together to think from a point of reference other than your own, to create a sequence of instructions for a character to work its way through a maze. This is kinda how block coding works and Jackson nailed it!

Marshall was involved in the process too, observing Jackson at first, and was then inspired to create his own LEGO maze and set of instructions. Gemma spoke to Marshall and Jackson about angles, and showed them what it means to turn left 90º and turn right 90º.

It’s wonderful to see inspired children grow up to inspire younger children! Nice work Jackson and well done Marshall!
